Ingredients: Mushrooms, water, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, sulfite

Mushroom cap diameter:  12-20 mm, tolerance 10% up to 22 mm

Stem length:  up to 10 mm, tolerance 10% up to 12 mm

 Physical/chemical properties of barreled products:

- salt content: 3,0-7,0%

- pH level: < 3,5

- SO2 : < 800 ppm 

 

Physical/chemical properties of products after deacidification (OKECHAMP method):

- salt content: 0%

- pH level: 5,0 – 6,0

- SO2 : < 50 ppm 

Shelf-life: 12 months from date of production
