The foundation of the constant development of OKECHAMP S.A. are its People. Their involvement and teamwork are the key factors to success. For this reason, when building our team and hiring new personnel we take care to create an atmosphere of partnership and mutual respect at the workplace.

OKECHAMP S.A is the leader in manufacturing, processing and export of fresh mushrooms. We are also a major producer of substrate for mushroom growing. Our quality and working standards allow us to deliver products to customers worldwide. The growing export and the high regard as to our competence among the demanding foreign customers is one of the key factors to success that we are proud to have achieved as a team. The OLE! brand which we successfully introduced into the market is one of the leaders in the vegetable and mushroom snacks category. It boasts an excellent reputation among our Customers, as seen in our market research, which motivates us even more to further development.

Achieving and keeping our position as the market leader requires us to hire personnel with very high professional competence - this mostly applies to our trading and marketing teams, research and development and manufacturing employees.  We value the ability to think strategically and independently as well as innovation. High working standards which we created in our company facilitates taking up new challenges. Our international management team comprises of many experienced Polish and foreign managers.

The Board is highly aware the merits of investing in Human Capital, giving us their full support to implement our HR policy in this regard. We set new goals for development for OKECHAMP and at the same time study the required development paths for our Employees. Due to our close partnership with foreign entities we have the possibility to offer internship as well as longer employment contracts abroad, e.g. in Holland, this opportunity is often taken up by our manufacturing department employees.
